Job summary

Allianz Global Investors is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as the primary HR services contact for managers and employees in Hong Kong or Singapore, with responsibility for HK/Singapore and APAC region processes. You will support onboarding, payroll interfaces, HR programs, and digital service delivery.

You will partner with HR Operations, HRBPs, and regional stakeholders to ensure compliant, high-quality People Services while embracing AI-driven improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field with 4+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes, compliance, and multi-jurisdiction requirements.
• Experience supporting multi-country HR operations across APAC.
• Regional/international HR experience for HK, SG, and APAC countries.
• Proficient in HR digital tools (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, MS 365/Copilot); AI interest is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate end-to-end HR processes focusing on data quality and compliance.
• Drive process improvements to simplify and automate HR services.
• Act as daily contact for employees and managers on HR inquiries.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, relocations, visas, and local HR reporting.
• Oversee benefits administration and vendor relationships with HR leads.
