DEYE INVERTER (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Human Resource Practitioner to support APAC operations across Singapore and neighboring countries.

You will collaborate with the Regional HR Manager, country managers and HQ to manage HR activities, recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and employee relations. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in HR or related field, 2–3 years of HR experience (regional/APAC exposure preferred), strong English communication skills, and

Competenze

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably with regional/APAC exposure.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations and HR operations.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Strong English communication skills; Mandarin is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day HR operations across APAC offices (Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand).
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, probation, transfers and offboarding.
• Coordinate monthly payroll and HR administration with HQ and external vendors.
• Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, arranging and conducting interviews as well as offer coordination.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks.
• Support employee relations, performance management and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records in system.
• Assist HR manager in developing HR policies in all APAC countries.
• Work closely with country heads and employees to resolve HR matters and provide HR support.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.
