in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to provide and execute professional HR services, coordinating onboarding, offboarding and contract management while managing payroll across the APAC region excluding India. You will deliver daily HR end-to-end operations for APAC, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business needs, including HRIS data entry (Hugo) and vendor SLA reviews for Singapore.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR functions.
• University level degree preferred.
• Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and execute professional HR services/ coordinate and administration of onboarding/offboarding and contract management including payroll for Neste across APAC (excluding India).
• Deliver daily HR end-to-end operational activities for APAC aligned with business needs and efficiency across the region (except India).
• Handle Hugo (HRIS) data entry and manage onboarding/offboarding & contract management.
• Review SLAs with HR vendors; identify gaps and propose improvements in consultation with HR Specialist for Singapore.
