Job summary

Allianz Singapore is seeking a senior leader to shape the Asia Pacific HNW Wealth strategy and drive a differentiated proposition spanning distribution, product portfolio, underwriting, reinsurance, and client services. You will partner with the Technical Head of Life to steer the strategy across markets and manage key stakeholders.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, influence senior partners, and ensure delivery of growth across the wealth platform in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HNW/Wealth within life insurance or wealth management
• Deep understanding of HNW customer needs, distribution ecosystems, and product structures
• Proven track record in developing and executing Wealth strategies in Asia Pacific
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L/revenue accountability

Responsibilities

• Shape the Asia Pacific HNW Wealth strategy and ensure alignment with Allianz Group goals
• Lead design and execution of differentiated HNW Wealth proposition spanning distribution, product, underwriting and services
• Build and manage cross‑functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Influence regional executives and drive market penetration and sales performance
