Allianz Global Investors invites applications for Head of Distribution Allianz Insurance Asia Pacific in Singapore. You will lead the APAC distribution strategy, manage senior client relationships, and ensure high-quality servicing across Allianz entities in the region.

You will collaborate with product, investment, and legal teams to tailor solutions for insurance clients, oversee key accounts, and drive growth while maintaining regulatory compliance and service excellence.

Formación

• University degree is required.
• At least 15 years in sales and relationship management.
• Ability to explain/sell insurance and other financial products (e.g., unit-linked).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business sense and hands-on approach.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, creative.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Intimate knowledge of markets.
• AI skills: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the APAC distribution strategy for Allianz Insurance channels to drive growth.
• Own senior relationships for Allianz Insurance APAC and drive business development.
• Partner with distribution, product, and investment teams to deliver tailored investment solutions for insurance clients.
• Oversee strategic Allianz client accounts as the central interface across functions.
• Implement mandates and product launches across the asset management value chain.
• Oversee daily client servicing and escalation management.
• Resolve operational issues and strengthen execution discipline.
• Align product strategy with client needs and provide market insights for development.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives including ESG topics.
