Manulife Singapore's Corporate Strategy team seeks a seasoned strategy leader to accelerate High Net Worth growth. You will translate strategic priorities into measurable commercial outcomes and work with Product, Distribution, Operations, and Marketing to deploy market-ready propositions across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 8+ years in strategy, insurance, financial services, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience in High Net Worth, wealth management, private banking, insurance, or broader financial services is desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and translate strategy into tangible business results.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of driving execution and delivering measurable outcomes in complex environments.
• Strong process and project management capabilities with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills to manage competing priorities and timelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to build credibility and influence across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop new HNW growth opportunities by identifying, evaluating and supporting commercialization of new propositions, client segments, business models, and partnerships.
• Translate HNW propositions into market-ready solutions by collaborating with Product, Distribution, Operations, and Marketing teams to drive implementation and adoption.
• Partner with Agency, Bancassurance, and other channels to enhance HNW productivity and client engagement.
• Support the development and execution of Manulife Singapore's HNW growth strategy with clear commercial objectives.
• Drive value realization by monitoring performance against business cases and optimizing initiatives.
• Lead and support strategic initiatives across the HNW portfolio to drive innovation, transformation, and sustainable growth.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
