Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience in strategy/financial services.
• Experience in High Net Worth, wealth management or related financial services segments is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate strategy into measurable business results.
• Proven track record delivering execution and outcomes in complex environments.
• Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-driven approach.
• Ability to influence across functions and levels with clear communication.
• Proactive risk management mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Develop HNW growth opportunities by evaluating new propositions, segments, business models, and partnerships.
• Translate propositions into market-ready solutions with product, distribution, and marketing teams.
• Partner with distribution channels to enhance productivity and client engagement.
• Support the HNW growth strategy with initiatives aligned to commercial objectives.
• Monitor performance against business cases and optimize initiatives as needed.
• Lead strategic initiatives across the HNW portfolio to drive growth and transformation.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders for alignment and execution.
