Job summary

Manulife Singapore's Corporate Strategy team invites a senior strategist to accelerate High Net Worth growth, turning priorities into measurable commercial outcomes. This role places you at the intersection of strategy and execution, collaborating with Product, Distribution, Operations, and Marketing to translate propositions into market-ready solutions.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, lead strategic initiatives across the HNW portfolio, and monitor business cases to drive value

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, insurance, financial services, or related field.
• Experience in HNW, wealth management, private banking, or related area is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate strategy into tangible results.
• Proven track record in driving execution in complex environments.
• Excellent planning, organization and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new HNW growth opportunities by evaluating and commercializing propositions, client segments, business models, and partnerships.
• Translate HNW propositions into market-ready solutions with Product, Distribution, Ops and Marketing teams.
• Partner with Agency, Bancassurance and other channels to enhance productivity and client engagement.
• Support the development and execution of Manulife Singapore’s HNW growth strategy with clear commercial objectives.
• Monitor performance against business cases and identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead and support strategic initiatives across the HNW portfolio to drive growth and transformation.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
