Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years in freight forwarding / logistics, including 5 years in air and ocean freight operations.
• Proven experience in transformation and process improvement.
• Strong project management capabilities and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and structure the APAC Transformation roadmap.
• Review APAC operating models to improve productivity.
• Work closely with IT to accelerate tool adoption and process automation.
