Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a senior executive to set and execute the APAC strategy for its FinTech, TP3 and VASP franchises. You will own regional sales, revenue, and portfolio growth while directing a high-performing team and engaging C-suite clients with differentiated, client-led solutions.

Leadership in a complex matrix across products and geographies is essential to align with firm priorities, governance, and regulatory expectations in APAC markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in FinTechs, third‑party payment processors, VASPs, payments or related financial services.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, including leading regional teams or similar.
• Deep understanding of APAC FinTech, TP3 and VASP landscape, regulatory environment and dynamics.
• Proven record of setting strategy, originating complex opportunities and growing revenue.
• Ability to lead through influence in a complex matrix organization across products and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the APAC strategy for the FinTech, TP3 and VASP franchise in line with firm priorities and risk appetite.
• Own regional sales, revenue, pipeline and portfolio-growth objectives with accountability for performance across priority markets.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing regional team, with clear objectives and succession planning.
• Act as senior relationship lead for strategic clients and prospects, engaging C-suite stakeholders for differentiated solutions.
• Drive client acquisition and wallet-share growth across the Payments proposition, including cash management and FX.
• Maintain dialogue with clients and industry participants; represent the firm in executive briefings and forums.
