Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Cross-Currency Solutions VP to drive growth across APAC, leveraging FX and treasury-style solutions. You will own the regional P&L and lead end-to-end sales cycles, including client presentations, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration with product and sales teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of transaction banking, cross-border payments, and liquidity management, with a strong client-facing and strategic sales orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of transaction banking and Cross-Currency Solutions.
• Excellent client-facing skills and sales acumen.
• Understanding APAC regulatory environment for cash management and FX.
• Ability to develop and execute sales/marketing strategies.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy to grow the Cross-Currency APAC P&L for the portfolio.
• Pipeline management from pre-sales to closing deals and reporting.
• Create client presentations and coordinate with sales, bankers and FX sales.
• Coordinate RFP responses and pricing decisions with product and RFP teams.
• Provide feedback to Product teams on market trends and client needs.
• Plan with sales and bankers to align client positioning.
• Prospect clients not using Cross-Currency solutions and grow the portfolio.
• Manage attrition and pursue portfolio growth with existing clients.
