Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Vice President for the APAC Business Transformation team to shape and drive the regional transformation agenda. You will report to the Head of APAC and lead initiatives from concept to business-as-usual with an entrepreneurial mindset and executive presence.

The role emphasizes strong strategic program delivery, business analysis, and operating model design, with a track record of relationships at senior levels to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 8+ years in project management and asset management with a track record of strategic change in a matrixed environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships with vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management with executive-level influence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders including C-suite to secure alignment.
• Own complex, cross-functional programs from inception to go-live.
• Design and implement scalable operating models aligned to strategic initiatives.
• Provide business analysis to translate requirements into operating and technical specs with Technology teams.
• Ensure governance frameworks, risk and issue management, and post-implementation reviews.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues promptly.
• Coordinate readiness and obtain stakeholder sign-off prior to go-live.
• Manage communications and change activities with regular status reporting and exec updates.
• Champion AI, automation, and new technologies to improve outcomes and efficiency.
