Job summary

J. P. Morgan Payments is seeking an Executive Director to serve as a Global Advisor for NBFI and Corporate clients in the APAC region.

You will build a regional network for opportunities, generate strategies, content, articles, and events to accelerate sales success. The role requires strong market expertise to engage with global clients, collaborate with Product, Sales, Bankers, and Business Development, and drive growth through strategic initiatives and industry leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of NBFI and Corporate client needs in Asia.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Treasury and Finance Functions of large multinational corporations and/or treasury/finance transformation consulting.
• Bachelor degree in Finance or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of payment industry, banking infrastructure and corporate treasury technology platforms (TMS, ERPs, emerging payment rails).
• Good understanding of accounting, tax and regulatory considerations in treasury areas and ability to grasp emerging trends.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and with Global Industry teams to develop treasury best practices and banking solutions aligned with client needs.
• Understand JPM product offerings (cash management, liquidity, FX, merchant acquiring, trade and working capital) and leverage them to structure solutions for corporate clients.
• Conduct treasury whiteboarding sessions and provide insights to improve Payments and Treasury operations.
• Stay on top of industry trends and define treasury & payment strategy and engagement approaches.
• Build engaging campaigns and go-to-market plans to support pipeline growth.
• Enhance external visibility by presenting at JPM proprietary events, industry roundtables, and client events.
• Drive thought leadership content, develop success stories, and solicit client feedback for replication.
• Organize trends, meet clients, and collaborate with Product to exchange insights and support roadmaps.
• Coach broader coverage and sales teams on JPM industry value propositions.
• Ensure strong risk management, compliance, and adherence to policies.
