• Lead transformation projects from inception to completion, including organizational changes and process optimizations.
• Develop business cases, define project scope, and manage project execution/governance.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities to streamline activities for scalable operations.
• Implement enhancements to operating models and workflows to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Assess risks of new initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential impacts.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive successful transformations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs.
