Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Cybersecurity/Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years of technology/cybersecurity risk and regulatory experience in financial services.
• Experience leading a team in risk/regulatory environment.
• Strong knowledge of APAC regulations (MAS, HKMA, NFRA, RBI, APRA).

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC cybersecurity and technology regulatory engagement activities, ensuring timely, accurate responses with traceability to support review by senior management, 2LOD, 3LOD or regulators.
• Identify, assess and manage cybersecurity and technology risks within the Firm’s 1LOD framework.
• Partner with global risk and control functions to conduct risk reviews and control assessments for APAC regulatory compliance.
• Continuously evaluate opportunities for efficiency and improvements to the 1LOD regulatory risk and control framework at scale.
• Prepare and deliver risk reports and governance materials for senior management forums and committees.
• Lead transformation opportunities in regulatory engagement and 1LOD control through innovation including AI.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on APAC cybersecurity and technology regulations to support decisions by senior management and global colleagues.
