Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Singapore seeks a seasoned APAC leader to set and execute the APAC strategy for the FinTech, TP3 and VASP franchise, aligning with firm-wide priorities and risk appetite. You will own regional sales, pipeline and portfolio growth, driving sustainable performance across priority markets.

Lead and develop a high-performing regional team, coach talent, engage C-suite stakeholders, and coordinate across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations to ensure governance and compliant growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FinTechs, payment processors or related financial services.
• 5+ years of leadership experience with regional teams.
• Deep APAC FinTech/regulatory knowledge and a strong network.
• Proven track record in strategy, revenue growth and senior relationships.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, sanctions and transaction monitoring.
• Strategic, commercial mindset with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the APAC strategy for the FinTech, TP3 and VASP franchise, aligned with firm priorities and risk appetite.
• Own regional sales, revenue, pipeline and portfolio-growth objectives across priority markets.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing regional team with clear objectives.
• Act as senior relationship lead for strategic clients and prospects with C-suite executives.
• Drive client acquisition and wallet-share growth across Payments solutions.
• Maintain dialogue with clients and industry participants; represent the firm at industry events.
• Provide senior oversight of risk, due diligence, KYC/AML and sanctions with escalation of issues.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations to ensure governance and compliant growth.
• Mobilize regional and global partners to deliver integrated solutions and consistent execution.
• Develop sector value propositions and go-to-market initiatives for APAC.
