Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Finance Operations.
• Experience with invoicing, reconciliation and collections.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Mandarin and English proficiency for regional communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, collections, remittance reconciliation, and disputes.
• Process high-volume monthly invoices and prepare statements.
• Collaborate with regional teams to improve invoicing and reconciliation workflows.
