Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable credit & collections.
• AI experience preferred and proficiency with AI tools.
• Mandarin language proficiency along with strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
• University graduate with a strong academic background.

Aufgaben

• Reviewing and approving new credit applications for APAC Monthly Invoicing customers focusing on GCR customers.
• Following up on collection activities, payment details of the customers.
• Addressing disputes and resolution within company and customer.
• Reviewing cash applications and write-offs performed accurately according to customers' instructions.
• Assist customers' queries and other tasks according to DTP.
• Validate Credit Rebill, Credit Memo status, Dispute Requests.
• Invoice Management: download invoices and prepare statements of accounts categorized by business groups.
• Ad Account Statement Preparation: organize invoices into Excel statements by cost centers for each customer.
• Payment Confirmation and Communication: send payment confirmations with invoices and ad account statements.
• Customer Portal Management: upload invoices to portals and verify spend and PO numbers.
• Logging into supplier portals, RT requests, reconciliation and payment tracking.
• Collaboration with Accenture Collectors in Bangalore.
