Upper Class Collections (SIN) PTE. LTD. invites Mandarin-speaking finance professionals to join a long-term accounts receivable project supporting META. The role involves AR, collections, dispute resolution, and reconciliations for customers across Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong.

You will interact with global finance teams, handling invoice management, payments, and credit assessments within a structured international environment. Immediate start on a full-time contract in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency in spoken and written form.
• Experience in accounts receivable, collections or finance operations.
• Attention to detail and ability to work within structured processes.
• Ability to communicate with business clients via phone, email and online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and collections, follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare statements, invoices and reconcile cash applications.
• Coordinate with international finance teams and support functions.
• Assist with credit assessments and financial risk evaluations.
