Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions, on behalf of Meta, seeks an Accounts Receivable specialist for a 12-month contract in APAC. You will manage credit, invoicing, collections, disputes, and cash applications, coordinating with sales and procurement teams across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in AR credit and collections with process redesign.
• Experience designing and automating finance workflows; AI experience preferred.
• University graduate with strong academic background.
• Mandarin language proficiency preferred (reading/writing/communication).
• Familiarity with Gemini and Meta AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage APAC MI customers' credit, billing and collections activities.
• Review and approve new credit applications for APAC GCR customers.
• Follow up on collections, remittance details, and disputes.
• Process cash applications and write-offs per customer instructions.
• Prepare ad account statements and organize invoices by business group.
• Send payment confirmations and attach invoices to customers' POCs.
• Upload invoices to customer portals and verify spend and PO numbers.
• Collaborate with Accenture Collectors in Bangalore to meet targets.
