Optimum Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a Singapore-based Finance Operations Analyst to support accounts receivable, credit management, and collections for customers across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

The role requires English and Mandarin proficiency, and experience automating finance workflows using AI tools is an advantage. You will handle invoicing, payments, and coordination with internal teams to meet collection targets in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit management, and collections.
• Proficiency in English and business-level Mandarin.
• Experience improving or automating finance workflows; experience using AI tools for finance processes is an advantage.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and productivity suites.

Mansioni

• Manage accounts receivable, collections, and outstanding payments for monthly invoicing customers across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
• Review credit applications, assess financial risk, and evaluate credit limit requests.
• Handle customer queries, billing disputes, credit memos, and payment reconciliations, including direct correspondence with Mandarin-speaking customers and their finance teams.
• Prepare invoices and account statements, manage customer portal submissions, and track payment status.
• Work with internal teams to meet collection targets and improve finance workflows.
