Responsibilities

• Account and Case Management for Monthly Invoicing customers in APAC GCR (Hong Kong, Taiwan, China).
• Review and approve new credit applications and manage credit information.
• Follow up on collections, payments, remittance details, and disputes resolution.
• Prepare statements of accounts and ad account statements in Excel; upload invoices to portals.
• Communicate payment confirmations to POCs and procurement teams; ensure accuracy of reconciliations.
