Russell Tobin is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to manage credit and collection activities for APAC Monthly Invoicing clients, focusing on Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. The role involves reviewing credit applications and coordinating with internal teams to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments.

You will organize ad account statements in Excel, send payment confirmations, and upload invoices to customer portals.

Competenze

At least 2 years in Accounts Receivable credit & collections with a track record of redesigning and automating finance workflows.
Proficient in AI tools applications (Gemini, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and financial statement analysis.
University graduate with a strong academic background.
Dual language preferred with proficiency in Mandarin for client requirements.

Mansioni

Involved in account and credit management for APAC Monthly Invoicing customers focusing on GCR, handling credit approvals and collection activities.
Prepare ad account statements in Excel and distribute payment confirmations to POCs and procurement teams.
Manage customer portals, verify spend and PO numbers, and process Ready to Ship requests.
Perform reconciliations of invoices, spend and PO amounts to ensure accuracy.
Monitor payment status via supplier portals to prevent delays; collaborate with Bangalore-based collectors to meet targets.
Support and coordinate with Accenture Collectors to achieve P0/P1 collection metrics.
