Job summary

LangChain, Inc. is seeking a Regional Vice President to own and lead our APAC business, overseeing four quota‑carrying enterprise AEs across Australia and Singapore. You will build the management layer, operating model, and partner ecosystem to scale revenue.

You’ll report to the Global Vice President of Sales and craft pipeline, hiring, partner relationships, and executive engagement across the region, with autonomy to drive strategy and close strategic deals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with regional leadership experience.
• Experience leading quota‑carrying AEs across multiple countries/time zones.
• Background selling to technical buyers (CTOs, platform teams) and familiarity with developer tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Enterprise Sales teams across APAC.
• Own quarterly and annual quota attainment for APAC; ensure healthy pipeline and precise forecasting.
