Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B sales, business development or commercial management.
• 5+ years in regional sales leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving targets in high-value deals.
• Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Strong understanding of regional distribution models and channel development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales and business development strategy.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities across Singapore and selected APAC markets.
• Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of customers, distributors and partners.
• Engage senior decision-makers and regional management teams.
• Lead the regional sales cycle: research, lead gen, engagement, proposal, negotiation and closure.
• Develop strategic account plans for key customers and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to spot trends and expansion areas.
• Prepare regional forecasts, plans and revenue budgets for management review.
• Set pricing and commercial strategies to meet revenue, margin and risk targets.
• Coordinate with operations, finance and procurement to deliver customer requirements.
