Job summary

CMC-APAC PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a commercially driven Vice President of Sales to lead growth in Singapore and develop strategic enterprise opportunities across selected APAC markets. The role focuses on winning new logos, expanding strategic accounts, and securing high-value IT services and outsourcing engagements with large corporates, government agencies, and GLCs.

Reporting to the CEO, you will own the Singapore sales strategy, drive enterprise deals end-to-end, and align teams across presales

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT Services, technology consulting, or enterprise technology sales.
• 5+ years in senior sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Singapore sales strategy, annual bookings, revenue, and gross margin targets; maintain a forecasted pipeline.
• Personally originate and lead strategic pursuits with large enterprises including application development, modernization, cloud, data & AI, managed services, and IT outsourcing.
• Drive opportunities end-to-end from qualification to pricing, negotiation, contract signature, and handover to delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs/CTOs and procurement leaders at target accounts.
• Build position with government agencies and GLCs, including through prime contractors and system integrators; ensure bids meet public-sector requirements.
• Grow existing strategic accounts and open new enterprise logos, cross-selling CMC's capabilities.
• Lead sales and account teams, coordinating with presales and offshore delivery to shape competitive proposals.
