Job summary

Zühlke Engineering Vietnam LLC. in Singapore invites a seasoned CEO to lead APAC, owning P&L and growth across the region.

You will shape strategy, drive revenue and profitability, and ensure successful execution through regional leadership and client partnerships. We seek a commercially minded, entrepreneurial leader with deep experience in technology services or professional services, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record of scaling operations internationally.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within technology services, consulting, or IT services.
• Proven track record of growing a business unit or country operation.
• Deep client-facing experience at C-level with long-term strategic relationships.
• Experience leading P&L with meaningful commercial accountability.
• Ability to translate strategy into tangible business growth and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver APAC P&L and revenue targets.
• Define and drive regional growth and commercial strategy.
• Strengthen market positioning and client development.
• Lead and develop regional leadership team.
• Represent APAC in Group governance and reporting.
