Job summary

Expedia Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Employee Relations lead to manage investigations, performance cases, and workforce initiatives across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines geographies. You will coach leaders, analyze trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold best practices in employment relations.

The role requires 6+ years of experience, strong communication and stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate Southeast Asia labor practices

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in employee relations or a similar function in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management across levels of the organization.
• Proven experience coaching managers through grievances, disputes, underperformance, and investigations.
• Strong understanding of employment practices and labor relations requirements across Southeast Asia.
• Able to leverage data and analytics to identify trends and drive proactive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex employee relations cases, including investigations and performance management.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations and workplace matters.
• Analyze employee relations trends and identify proactive solutions to mitigate risk.
• Lead projects and initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Effectively present complex information and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Oversee and resolve employee relations and workforce issues, coaching managers on performance management approaches.
• Stay current on employment laws, regulatory requirements, and labor relations frameworks across APAC.
