Qualifications

Min Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource management or related certification.
At least 3 years of managerial experience.
Must have IHRP certificate.
Able to start work at short notice.

Responsibilities

Contribute to talent-attraction and recruitment activities, including onboarding, learning, employee-engagement and organisation-development initiatives.
Partner with managers and stakeholders to understand people needs and workforce priorities.
Provide practical HR advice on policies, employee matters and performance management.
Manage employee queries and workplace matters in line with company policies.
Oversee onboarding, confirmations, movements, records and offboarding processes.
Drive HR projects and regional initiatives across Singapore and APAC.
Review workflows and propose improvements to simplify processes and strengthen controls.
Maintain HR policies, templates and SOPs.
