Barclays Singapore is seeking an Employee Relations expert to manage ER matters across Asia-Pacific, partnering with HR, Legal, Compliance and business leaders to deliver fair, compliant outcomes and mitigate risk.

You will advise on disciplinary, grievance, performance and workforce changes, lead investigations, develop regional ER policies, and drive continuous improvement of ER processes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Extensive ER experience in financial services.
• Experience handling high-risk, complex investigations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Act as regional ER expert across Asia-Pacific.
• Develop and maintain ER policies and governance.
• Benchmark ER practices, guide policies.
• Provide expert consultation to HR teams and leaders.
• Manage end-to-end ER cases including disciplinary, grievances.
• Advise on workforce change and restructuring.
• Oversee wellbeing and industrial relations activities.
