Job summary

Michelman Asia-Pacific Pte Ltd. seeks aSenior Generalist, Human Resources to support the HR leader across the Asia-Pacific region. You will coordinate recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, HR processes and associate engagement.

You will partner with managers and directors, handle inquiries, conduct stay/exit interviews, and deliver HR training while ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations and local rules. This role offers exposure to diverse HR projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience within Human Resources.
• Experience in a HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar broad HR role.
• Deep knowledge of Singapore MOM, CPF and WP/SP foreign-worker rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR leader in full range of HR activities for Asia-Pacific.
• Coordinate or lead recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR processes and associate engagement.
• Serve as a trusted business partner to managers and directors in the region.
• Be the point of contact for HR inquiries and associate questions.
• Investigate issues and propose resolutions; lead engagement surveys and debrief sessions.
• Develop and deliver HR training modules; manage workers' compensation and leaves.
• Support change management and assist in special HR projects.
