Job summary

VISEO ASIA seeks a seasoned Digital Technology Activity Director to build and scale the Digital, Data & AI practice across Asia Pacific & Japan. You will own strategy, growth, and profitability while leading cross-country teams and directing client engagements from presales to delivery.

You will partner with C-level stakeholders, shape transformation roadmaps, and drive capability development, hiring, and knowledge sharing across a regional network of architects, consultants, and engineers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Digital, Data, Analytics, AI, or Cloud consulting with senior leadership exposure.
• Proven track record in both business development and delivery leadership.
• Experience leading large, multi-country teams in a consulting or IT services environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology architectures and transformation programs.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving results.
• Minimum 6-7 years' experience in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in sales, business development, or client management roles.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Strong exposure to enterprise-scale Data & AI transformation initiatives.
• Strong commercial mindset with P&L ownership experience.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and results-driven.
• Comfortable operating in a multicultural, regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Define APJ strategy aligned with VISEO's global vision.
• Build and grow a sustainable revenue pipeline with P&L ownership.
• Identify priority industries, offerings, and use cases (Data Platforms, Analytics, AI, GenAI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI).
• Develop strategic partnerships with hyper-scalers and ecosystem partners (Microsoft, cloud & AI vendors).
• Lead high-value presales engagements, RFPs/RFIs, and client proposals.
• Engage directly with C-level stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps.
• Position VISEO as a trusted Digital, Data & AI partner in the APJ market through thought leadership.
