Job summary

Nscale is seeking a dynamic VP of AI Infrastructure Deployment for APAC, based in Singapore. This senior leader will own end-to-end delivery of our AI infrastructure roadmap, connecting strategy to execution and turning growth plans into live, usable compute at scale.

You will lead multidisciplinary program teams, navigate regional supply chains and data center ecosystems, and partner with global leadership to deliver capacity quickly, reliably and at hyperscale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in program or delivery management.
• 5+ years leading senior program managers on large-scale infra programs.
• End-to-end delivery ownership of complex infrastructure programs.
• Regional APAC data center market experience including partners and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Drive platform delivery at scale: lead strategy and execution model for AI infra delivery.
• Turn demand into an executable plan with clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Schedule & delivery management: master deployment schedules and timelines.
• Align internal teams and external partners across engineering, hardware, ops, supply chain, finance and product.
• Make end-to-end delivery repeatable with global standards and BOM validation.
• Identify constraints early, escalate when needed to keep GPU delivery on track.
• Lead and scale the function by building a senior program leadership team.
