Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a visionary Vice President & Practice Lead for AI & Data to establish and scale a regional practice across APAC. You will define strategy, develop offerings, and build high-performing teams while engaging C-suite executives to drive measurable AI-driven transformation.

The role requires deep leadership in AI transformation, enterprise advisory, and capability development, with responsibility for revenue growth and profitability across the region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, AI, or related leadership roles.
• At least 8 years of leadership experience managing consulting teams, technology practices, or business units.
• Proven experience building, scaling, and commercializing AI and/or Data consulting practices.
• Strong track record in AI transformation consulting, executive advisory, and enterprise-scale technology programs.
• Experience owning consulting P&L, revenue growth, pipeline development, and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for APAC AI & Data Practice.
• Build and scale a profitable, scalable AI consulting and delivery organization.
• Lead executive workshops, AI discovery, strategy engagements, and transformation programs.
• Develop differentiated AI value propositions, GTM strategies, and commercial models.
• Own AI consulting revenue growth, pipeline, and profitability.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across AI consulting, data, and engineering.
