Job summary

VISEO ASIA PTE. LTD. seeks a Digital Technology Activity Director to build, scale, and lead the Digital, Data & AI practice in Asia Pacific & Japan.

This senior leader will own strategy, delivery, and people leadership, with accountability for growth, profitability, and market positioning. The role requires steering partnerships, managing multi-country teams, and engaging C-level clients to drive transformation roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Digital, Data, Analytics, AI, or Cloud consulting with senior leadership exposure.
• Proven track record in both business development and delivery leadership.
• Experience leading large, multi-country teams in a consulting or IT services environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for APJ, aligned with VISEO’s global vision.
• Build and grow a sustainable revenue pipeline, contributing to P&L ownership.
• Identify priority industries, offerings, and use cases (Data Platforms, Analytics, AI, GenAI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI).
• Develop strategic partnerships with hyper-scalers and ecosystem partners (Microsoft, cloud & AI vendors).
• Lead high-value presales engagements, RFPs/RFIs, and client proposals.
• Engage directly with C-level stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps.
• Position VISEO as a trusted Digital, Data & AI partner in APJ through thought leadership and client success stories.
• Own end-to-end delivery quality for the region; define governance models and best practices.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex programs and strategic clients; ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Build, lead, and mentor a regional team; drive capability development and knowledge sharing.
• Attract top talent and contribute to strategic hiring decisions; foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
