Job summary

BNY Mellon in Singapore seeks an SVP, Business Planning and Analysis to lead APAC segment strategy and performance analysis. You will produce insights, prepare board-ready materials, and partner with coverage/product teams on go-to-market and pricing initiatives.

The role focuses on governance, KPI reporting, and driving efficient operations in a fast-paced financial services environment with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into insights and recommendations.
• Experience in strategy, business management, product, client coverage, consulting, or financial services support.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior management.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute APAC segment strategy, including market analysis, client segmentation, opportunity sizing and prioritization.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc analysis on client trends, revenue performance, pipeline, pricing, competitor activity, and strategic opportunities.
• Develop materials for business reviews, leadership updates, planning sessions, and board-ready presentations.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives across stakeholders to track actions, dependencies, risks and milestones.
• Support governance routines, meeting cadences, action logs, and follow-up on key decisions.
• Partner with Client Coverage and product teams for go-to-market planning, repricing, campaigns, and commercial enablement.
• Maintain and improve management information, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Contribute to internal communications and adoption of new tools or AI-enabled workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve operating efficiency and leadership visibility into segment performance.
