Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Regional Project Manager to oversee cross‑market digital initiatives in the Asia Pacific region. You will manage end‑to‑end projects, aligning stakeholders across Operations, IT, and business units to deliver value and enhanced customer experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in end-to-end project management in banking/financial services.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across geographies.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of regional projects from initiation to closure, including scope, deliverables, timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Operations, GTS, IT, regional partners) to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
Drive the implementation and enhancement of digital solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Support AI-enabled transformation by identifying opportunities to reimagine work and deploy scalable digital/AI solutions.
Assist in expanding regional system functionalities/services across markets, with attention to local regulations and needs.
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes, including cash and liquidity management, with digital tools and reporting capabilities.
Ensure projects comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Monitor progress and provide updates and analyses to management.
