Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a senior client-service leader to drive cross-APAC coverage (excluding Japan and Korea) and shape our Asset Owner client-service proposition. Based in Singapore or Hong Kong, you will lead market teams to deliver sustained senior-level client outcomes.

You will design client coverage, ensure governance, and coordinate with Operations, Product and Technology to translate insight into lasting improvements, while developing the next generation of APAC leaders.

Qualifications

Senior experience in institutional client service and relationship management.
Proven ability to lead significant client matters personally.
Working knowledge of custody, fund accounting, tax, cash and securities servicing.
Experience with multi-custodian environments and government-affiliated institutions.
Ability to influence across markets, cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

Lead client service across APAC excluding Japan and Korea.
Design coverage model for significant clients.
Coordinate with Operations, Product and Technology to turn insights into improvements.
Represent regional client priorities in global forums.
Develop the market and strategic account leads into trusted partners.
