Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) is seeking a Sales Director for APAC to drive government and defense sales for a new Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) defense solution. The role is Singapore-based (or regional hub) with regular APAC travel, reporting to corporate leadership.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in defense/HLS sales, a proven record closing large multi-million USD deals, and a strong network within the Asian defense ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8+ years of direct sales experience in defense, HLS, or security sectors.
• Proven track record of owning and closing large, complex deals end-to-end.
• Strong network within the Asian defense / HLS ecosystem.

Aufgaben

• Revenue & Pipeline Management: Own APAC sales quotas, maintaining an accurate, high-value pipeline to deliver revenue targets.
• End-to-End Deal Execution: Lead complex opportunities—from strategy through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure across government tenders and direct awards.
• Hands-On Pursuits & Account Penetration: Serve as primary deal lead, coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging key decision-makers to land and expand strategic accounts.
• Partner Alignment & Win Strategy: Drive channel execution with local integrators and primes, positioning multi-layer C-UAS solutions and leveraging market intelligence.
