Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Southeast Asia Pte Ltd seeks a Head of BD UAS for APAC. You will lead a multi-national BD team across North Asia, SE Asia, Australia and New Zealand to achieve ambitious bookings and revenue, manage the sales funnel, and forecast accurately.

You will align with Programs and Operations to ensure deliveries meet quality and customer expectations. The role requires deep aerospace sales experience, strategic leadership, and the ability to navigate government and military

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Aviation, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in sales & marketing within aerospace.
• Experience in drone operations with government or military exposure.
• Strong UAS market knowledge and regulatory understanding.
• Proven leadership in matrixed, multi-country environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated UAS BD team across APAC to hit annual bookings and sales targets.
• Strategically manage the sales funnel and provide accurate bookings forecasts.
• Coordinate with Programs and Operations to ensure timely, quality aircraft deliveries.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns and sales promotions.
• Forge strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and visits.
