• Oversee daily operations with customers across Asia Pacific, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal processes with manufacturing plants to ensure timely order fulfilment and safety stock.
• Serve as primary contact between Singapore office, regional customers, and HQs.
