Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related technical field (Master’s degree or MBA advantageous).
• At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales within a high-tech environment.

Responsabilités

• Gather market intelligence and develop market approaches for assigned APAC territories.
• Develop and manage relationships with customers, end-users and business partners.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships.
• Support business partners with product and sales training.
• Provide technical input and support to partners and end-users.
• Manage and develop sales pipelines and identify new business opportunities.
• Contribute to bid and tender reviews.
• Support partner due diligence and onboarding.
• Assist with complex post-sales customer requirements, including onsite engagement where required.
• Develop new business and expand existing markets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams including sales, technical support, programmes and finance.
• Monitor market tenders, budgets, geopolitical developments and regulatory changes affecting the relevant markets.
• Contribute to business and product roadmaps through market analysis and recommendations for growth.
