Job summary

Celecti Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a proactive sales administration specialist to support APAC customers in order management, sales support and aftersales enquiries across aerospace, defence, automotive and industrial sectors. Key responsibilities include end-to-end order processing, coordinating with planning, manufacturing, engineering and finance, and building strong customer relationships.

Diploma or higher, 4–5 years’ related experience, travel up to 20%, and proficiency in SAP, BI tools

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma and above in Business Management or Engineering or equivalent.
4–5 years of relevant experience in sales administration, customer support, supply chain, logistics or import/export operations.
Strong communication skills to liaise with regional counterparts and build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Serve as main contact for customers on order management, sales support and aftersales enquiries across Asia Pacific.
Support Aerospace & Defence sales activities for OEMs and MRO customers.
Manage end-to-end order processing including review, entry, quotes and delivery follow-up.
