Airbus Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Customer Support Manager to strengthen post-sales engagement for key accounts across APAC. You will act as primary focal point for 1–2 accounts, drive all post-sales activities, and protect Airbus interests while delivering value through consulting initiatives.

In this role you will coordinate regional consulting strategies, manage project governance, and develop new business opportunities.

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Aviation, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Aeronautical background with 5+ years in commercial aviation, ATC, or MROs.
• Strong project management, stakeholder and supplier management, and governance.
• Ability to translate technical decisions into business cases for management.
• Experience in international, cross-cultural environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage End-to-End Account Strategy across the aircraft lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and preserving Airbus interests.
• Drive APAC regional coordination for support and advisory activities and align across stakeholders.
• Lead project execution with governance, meeting timing, quality, budget and Right First Time delivery.
• Oversee consulting growth, promote Airbus Consulting services, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Own financial and operational objectives within the regional scope.
