Qualifications

• Degree or diploma required; degree preferred (engineering).
• 5-10 years of industrial sales or customer service experience.
• Team player with strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Solid math skills for basic and advanced calculations.
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, email, and internet.
• Ability to quickly learn and use company systems.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture with 100% safety protocol compliance.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to prepare quotes.
• Manage inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Provide pricing and quoting support.
• Support revenue goals through sales coordination.
• Assist in setting up new customer accounts and AR follow-up.
• Maintain account records with Sales and Service teams.
• Monitor orders, expedite deliveries, and manage inventory.
• Proactively reach out to customers to drive growth.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver responsive technical and service support.
