Job summary

Kerry Consulting is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor based in Singapore to lead a small team while directly handling critical customer service, order management and service excellence across APAC. You will coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Planning, Regulatory and Finance to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Business and at least 2 years of people management experience, with strong ERP/Salesforce or CRM exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• Experience in customer service, sales support or order-to-cash.
• Comfort leading a small team while handling operations.
• ERP experience; Salesforce or similar CRM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small Singapore-based team while remaining hands-on in daily customer service operations.
• Manage order entry and processing for key APAC accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order, delivery, billing and service issues tactfully.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Planning, Regulatory and Finance teams across Singapore and the region.
• Coach team members, monitor service standards and performance, and support training and development.
