The position requires 8–10 years in after-sales/service operations, strong leadership, and a track record of managing regional teams, preferably in luxury or premium brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or operations.
• 8–10 years in after-sales/service operations.
• Experience leading medium to large regional teams.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in luxury goods or premium brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional after sales operations, including workshop operations, customer service administration, and training functions.
• Drive operational excellence by optimising service quality, turnaround time, workshop capacity, and resource planning.
• Oversee the regional customer service hub and ensure consistent execution of after sales standards across Southeast Asia.
• Support authorised repair centres while maintaining alignment with regional service standards.
• Analyse operational KPIs, identify improvements, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and performance reporting.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, coaching, and employee engagement.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to support strategic after sales initiatives and transformation projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, governance, controls, audit, and risk management.
