Job summary

Kerry Consulting PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a small team across APAC, while remaining hands-on with customer service, order management and service excellence.

You will coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Planning, Regulatory and Finance teams across Singapore and the region, driving improvements in workflows and customer experience. Previous ERP/CRM experience is valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline.
At least 2 years of people management experience.
Experience in customer service, sales support or order-to-cash is required.
Comfort leading a small team while handling operational responsibilities.
Experience with ERP systems; Salesforce or similar CRM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead a small customer service team and stay hands-on with daily operations.
Manage order entry and processing for key accounts across APAC.
Respond to customer enquiries and resolve order, delivery, billing and service issues.
Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Planning, Regulatory and Finance teams across SG and region.
Coach team members, monitor service standards and performance, and drive continuous workflow improvements.
