Job summary

A leading international MNC in Singapore is seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to coordinate Total Rewards across 20 countries in the Asia Pacific region. This role will work closely with the HR teams, implementing policies and providing expert advice on compensation frameworks. Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in C&B, proficiency in reporting tools, and strong interpersonal skills. This is a 6-month contract position with opportunities for extension based on business needs.

• Support and collaborate with the Compensation and Benefits team of a specific business unit.
• Monitor C&B practices and market developments.
