• 15+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated communications skills with focus on stakeholder partnership and engagement.
• Demonstrated knowledge of APAC markets, labor laws, and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement regional compensation and benefits strategies.
• Lead and manage a team of Compensation & Benefits professionals in the APAC region.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitiveness of offerings.
